Project Restoration

Helping the children of Belarus in their time of need.

Project Restoration’s humanitarian focus is in behalf of the Republic of Belarus, the country most affected by the Chernobyl disaster in 1986. After the explosion on April 26, some 70% of the radioactive material spewed on Belarus.

We address the physical, emotional and spiritual needs in this compassionate work, particularly with disabled children.  Our special medical focus is rehabilitation, prostheses/orthotics and orthopedic surgery.

We have also sponsored medical exchanges by bringing seven Belarusian medical professionals to the US.  Additionally, two American medical teams have gone to Belarus to provide services to the disabled as well as interacting with the medical community.

Project Restoration wishes to thank
the SCCF for the grant given for the development of this site.
